Sit Down Props is an informational research product. By subscribing you agree that:
1. Sit Down Props provides sports research and statistical analysis for entertainment and informational
purposes only. Nothing on this site is betting, financial, or investment advice.
2. No outcome is guaranteed. Historical performance, frozen or otherwise, does not predict
future results.
3. You are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction, including age
requirements (21+ where applicable).
4. Subscriptions renew monthly via Stripe and can be cancelled anytime from your account page;
access continues through the end of the paid period. Refunds for the current period are
handled case-by-case; email support.
5. Content is for personal use; redistribution of member pages or picks is prohibited.
6. We may update these terms; continued use after changes is acceptance.
